Deluxe Cottage Resort on Lake Nipissing!
We believe where you stay is as important as what you catch. That's why we strive to offer the best housekeeping accommodation on the lake. Our spacious 1, 2 and 3 bedroom waterfront cottages feature electric heat, air conditioning and satellite television. The kitchens have all the dishes, pots, pans and appliances you will need, including a full size fridge and stove. There are soft pillows, warm blankets and fresh linens, all supplied to ensure your complete comfort. There are propane barbeques and patio furniture on the wrap around decks so you can enjoy the lake view. If you want to rough it, we have tent sites, but if you want comfort, convenience and a truly relaxing vacation experience, try our cottages.
Our "Open Concept" is a large housekeeping cottage. It is fully equipped including air conditioning, satellite TV and everything else you would find in our waterfront cottages.

Camping on Callander Bay, Lake Nipissing
For the Traveling Camper we have RV and tenting sites available.
Our RV sites have gravel pads, picnic tables and fire rings with water, sewage and 30 amp electrical service. Our unserviced tenting area is separate from the RV area and each site has a picnic table, fire ring and nearby water supply. Centrally located comfort stations with washrooms and shower facilities make camping a comfortable experience.
Seasonal Camping at its Best!
Our park is clean and quiet, catering mostly to mature couples and a few families and their pets. (Our pet policy allows most pets). A limited number of seasonal sites are available, with or without boat docking. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of Callander Bay, Lake Nipissing - all summer long!

We are always expanding to meet our clients needs! We have recently added two new executive cottages as well as new queen size beds throughout.
For those who wish to camp, our new Camping Cabin ensures you stay high and dry regardless of the weather.

Conveniences
We have a small store for your basic fishing needs. Fishing tackle, bait, gas, oil, ice and firewood is available.
FIREWOOD BAN
Please do not bring in your own firewood as a beetle has been destroying trees in parts of Southern Ontario.
