All of our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom cottages are lakefront with air conditioning and satellite TV. Rates are per cottage and include one boat with 15 hp motor. Free use of kayaks, paddleboats, water slide, and all recreational activities. Each cottage has its own firepit with firewood supplied.

Open Concept Accomodation
Our “new” open concept is a large housekeeping unit. It is fully equipped including air conditioning and satellite TV. Rate includes one boat with 15 hp motor. Free use of kayaks, paddleboats, waterslide, and all recreational activities. Fire pit and firewood supplied.

Executive Cottages
We offer two newly rennovated executive, luxury cottages. They are inviting and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. They each have their own private dock with barbeques and outdoor furniture. They overlook the water.

General Rules / Procedures
Cottage Visitors
- Daytime visiting hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
- Overnight charges will be applied for any visitor staying past 10:00 pm.
- You are responsible for your guests.
- Visitors must report to the office on arrival.
- Persons registered in the camping area will be considered visitors if they frequent your cottage.
- Visitors are not permitted in our boats unless they have paid the full daytime or overnight fee, regardless of the fee paid, they are not permitted to operate our boats.
- The water toys, all camp equipment and facilities are for the use of our registered guests only, not visitors, unless the full daytime or overnight visitor fee has been paid.
- Up to 3 hours - $8.00 per person, charges are discretionary based on number of persons, length of stay etc.
- Full Day - $25.00 per person
- Overnight - $40.00 per person
Cottage Reservations
- A $500.00 deposit per week or weekend is required to hold your reservation.
- Deposits are refundable less a $100.00 cancellation fee, providing 60 days notice was received and the vacancy created by your cancellation has been re-rented, failing which, the balance of your deposit is not refunded.
- Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice will be responsible to pay the full rental agreement.
- You do not have a reservation until your deposit has been received and confirmed by us in writing.
- A Visa or Mastercard imprint is required for all cottage or boat rentals.
- Taxes, gas and oil are not included in prices.
- Please be prepared to settle your account upon arrival.
Boats and Motors
Standard Boat - 18 ' fiberglass with 15 hp electric start motor, bilge pump, fish finder and safety equipment.
Upgraded Boat - 16.5' aluminum with 25 hp electric start motor, upholstered swivel seats, live well, bilge pump, fish finder and safety equipment.
Deluxe Side Console 25 - 16.5' aluminum with 25 hp 4 stroke electric start motor, side console, trolling motor, casting platform, upholstered swivel seats, carpet, live well, rod locker, fish finder, bilge pump and safety equipment.
Deluxe Side Console 40 - 16.5' aluminum with 40 hp electric start motor, side console, casting platform, upholstered swivel seats, carpet, live well, rod locker, fish finder, bilge pump, safety equipment and bimini sun top.

Dockage for your boat $20.00 per day or $550.00 per season
- We also give you a complimentary map of the area and point out where the fish are biting and on what.
- Use of boat after sunset is not recommended. Taxes and fuel are not included in the above prices.
- A deposit of $100.00 is required for each boat and motor reserved. This amount is non-refundable if you cancel the boat and motor reservation. A Visa or MasterCard imprint is required for all boat and motor rentals.

RV Sites and Camping 2009
- Rate is based on one unit and 4 persons per site.
- Taxes are not included in prices.
- Daily $40.00 (Serviced) - Daily $30.00 (Non-serviced)
- Weekly $250.00 (Serviced) - Weekly $195.00 (Non-serviced)
- Monthly $800.00
- Extra Persons $8.00 per person / day

- RV sites have gravel pads, picnic tables, fire rings, 30 amp

hook-ups. - Tent sites in our tenting area have picnic tables and fire rings with water nearby.
- Centrally located washrooms, shower facilities make camping a comfortable experience.
- Check-in and check-out time is noon.
Camping 2009
- All visitors must sign in at the office upon arrival, before going to site.
- Visitors are not permitted to operate our rental boats.
- All facilities are for the exclusive use of registered guests only, not visitors.
- All visitors must leave the park by 10:00 pm.
- Daytime charge $8.00 per person / day
Camping Cabin
- Daily $70.00 Weekly $450.00
- Maximum 4 persons, minimum charge 2 days, long weekends 3 days.
- Our "new" camping cabin is located in the tenting area and includes electricity, picnic table and fire ring. No Pets Allowed.
Camping Reservations
A Visa or MasterCard number is required for camping reservations. If you cancel with less than 7 days notice, one nights camping will be charged against your credit card, per site. A $100.00 non-refundable deposit is required for camping cabin reservations. A Visa or Mastercard imprint is required for camping cabin rentals
Pets
Small pets are allowed in the RV Park and tenting area only, but must be kept on a leash and picked up after. We do not tolerate barking dogs. Pets are not allowed on the beach, playground or in any buildings.

Taxes, Gas and Oil are not included in the above prices. In the spring and fall there is a minimum 2 day charge. Three (3) days on long weekends in the same period. Prices subject to change without notice. E&OE.
